Dr Daniel Girgis

Dr Daniel enjoys dentistry because it is a ‘hands on’ profession that is both an art and science and provides a service to the community in a way that is of great importance to most people, including one’s smile, dentition and oral health. Dr Daniel strives to provide the highest level of dental care through his meticulous focus on patient centred care and the value he places on integrity, open communication and keeping up to date with evidence-based practice. He is well known for his friendly demeanour which places his patients at ease. Additional training and qualifications that distinguishes Dr Daniel includes a medical degree, over half a decade of medical experience in a range of specialties across NSW, WA and SA and a year of Oral Surgical training at Prince of Wales Hospital Sydney. In addition, he has first author research publications in the British Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the Australian Endodontic Journal with presentations at international and national conferences. In his spare time, he enjoys the quality company of his family and friends, as well as playing guitar and keeping fit through basketball, cycling and outdoor gym workouts.
