Dr George Xu graduated with Honours from the The University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Dental Science (BDSc). Originally from Sichuan, China, Dr George grew up in Melbourne before moving to Brisbane to pursue dentistry, and is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
He began his career serving rural communities across New South Wales, including Narrabri, Coonabarabran, and Moree, where he developed strong clinical judgement and advanced surgical skills managing a wide range of complex dental conditions in communities with limited access to specialist care.
Dr George has a special interest in oral surgery, dental implants, and complex tooth extractions. He is known for his calm, approachable nature and his ability to make even the most anxious patients feel comfortable and well looked after. Passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care, he takes pride in clearly explaining treatment options and helping patients feel relaxed and confident throughout their dental journey.
He now practises across metro Brisbane, continuing his commitment to gentle, modern dentistry with a strong focus on surgical excellence and long-term oral health outcomes.
